Paula, Don't forget the world famous Shakespeare Theatre, which attracts some of the biggest actors and directors in the business and is a DC treasure, www.shakespearetheatre.org. The productions are first rate. I am continually amazed. They now have two stages — the old Lansburgh on 7th and the new Harman Hall on F Street. Washington has a lot of great theatre. Of course, the Shakespeare Theatre isn't the only game in town but it is the one theater that consistently produces classical works I am going this week to see Stacy Keach in King Lear. -L
